"I am a photographer: a watcher, an observer. Rather than a participant,
I am a recorder of memories and moments in time. I find myself
completely immersed in objects and faces, forgetting the world around
me. My camera isn't just my medium, it's an extension of myself, a
window into my soul.
I am a photographer."

Since I was a little girl, photography has been been a fascination and my passion. When I was only four, my grandmother bought my first camera at Toys R' Us. It was a Cabbage Patch themed 110mm point and shoot, complete with a set of disposable flash bulbs... I can still remember the acrid odor of the used bulbs! I might not be shooting a 110mm camera anymore, but more than thirty years later, I'm still aiming my lens and creating images.
In addition to the work you see here, I'm also a professional portrait and event photographer-- and that's not all. . .
Currently, I'm an Art History student (I'll transfer to the University of Texas in Arlington in Fall of 2015), minoring in photography. Art is my other passion- the art and the artist, the history of them both, the emotions and the controversy- I can't get enough! And!! I'm a mom!! So, you can imagine, my life is busy and sometimes crazy, but I wouldn't trade a day of it.
Oh! And I would LOVE it if you would leave a comment or two!
